And if Shao Kahn is known for one thing, it's that he's arrogant as [i]fuck[/i].
As far as I can tell, Kahn doesn't like to use his shoulder charge for gap-closing so much as for combo-creating and aerial defense. So if you simply walk away from him he tends to alternate between following along (but only for a couple seconds), spear throwing (which can be simply ducked), or taunting. Almost every character has a "rush" attack which covers a lot of distance and knocks down the enemy if it hits, and if lacking that [i]every[/i] character has a projectile. So, in my experience, Kahn can be whittled to death via Walk Backwards -> Rush attack during Kahn Taunt -> Get away from Kahn while he's recovering -> repeat.
I'm not sure if it holds up on the tougher difficulties, but I managed to[sp]beat him as Raiden at the end of story mode[/sp]this way with little to no effort after getting [i]wrecked[/i] by him via attempting to fight normally.

The ONLY thing to be scared of is losing your money. You won't get fined from it.
For some reason, even though I've never actually played any MK game, when I play this I feel like some kid who's been playing the series since '92. Everything seems so familiar at the same foreign. This game is pure sex and if you're on the fence about buying this, do yourself a favor and get it.

Scorpion is so mean. Mileena worked so hard on that teddy and he beats her up just because he doesn't like teddy bears? Scorpion could've just accepted it and put it somewhere he couldn't have seen it.

Well, there probably is not a good character that is exclusively on the Xbox, but what about alex mercer from prototype? He'd fit pretty well.
Plus, Fenix could be like a joke character that moves super slow, and his only attack is his chainsaw, and he has to first press B to ready it, then wait a few seconds for it to do so, and then press A for him to attack.
And if he gets hurt in any way while he readies the chainsaw he has to start all over again.

Yes.
I'm pretty shocked at how much I enjoyed going through the storyline. I'm shocked in general about how much I'm enjoying the game since I was never a fan of MK when I was young.
