It's literally impossible to win online if you have the smallest lag possbile.
Which is why having a friend come to your house and play with you is still the best choice.

Fucking Kintaro.
Shao Khan is easy to beat if you cheese his ass. Stay far away from him and he'll usually just throw javelins or do his spinny hammer shit. Duck under javelins at the last second and jump ABOVE, not over the hammer. There's a good chance he'll charge into you.
Most characters have a teleport, so it's easy to hit him during his projectile animation. If not, spam projectiles when he's open or taunting.
I really wish though I could get out of my cheesing mindset and beat him legit though. Shit must be satisfying.
I kinda wish you could do Fatalities in Story Mode.
For fun, rather than having it make sense.
Yeah, Reptile will be in a chapter later on, but I should still be allowed to kill him after the fight. =/

I was trying it legit, but I just gave up and cheesed his ass, won both rounds.
I have to go back and do story on the harder difficulty. I dropped it down the first time so I could get through the story and be able to read spoilers without worrying.
Glad it nets so many koins, though. Bought all the costumes and alt fatalities and I still had 110k left.
Those fucking handicap fights.
Challenge Tower pisses me the fuck off. I know you can pay to skip levels but I feel somewhat put off knowing I skipped something.
I was close to throwing my controller due to one of Cyrax's challenges. Every second his speed gets lowered by 1%. He literally got so slow to the point I couldn't stand up and get a punch in due to him sloooooooowly getting up after getting knocked down.

Is it just me or it's hard to make combos on Xbox 360 version?
I mean ffs I can't even combine 2 attacks while playing Liu Kang, it's so annoying.
I love and hate this game at the same time.
It's funny how this game is so violent yet restrains itself from any swearing or nudity.

Then [sp]3 Goros[/sp] later on with one life bar and on the subject of the Goro and Kintaro it wouldn't be that bad if it weren't for the dumb anti-knock-down (armor) that seems to randomly trigger on both of them, but I've got really close by spamming the far Divekick.
