I hate Scorpion, in every way. He was also promoted to no end in media for the game and the developers (mainly the guy who designed him) has a total fetish for him so they made him OP and easy to use.

Personally, I feel Smoke and Baraka to be OP and easy to use. Scorpion's fatality is easy to use, that's about it.

OP is more toward the AI who are twice as fucking suicidal when using Scorpion. Easy to use; all a player has to do is teleport and spear-head throw/spam idiotically, rinse and repeat until done.
I think Smoke is the easiest to use. Just spam the smoke bomb and teleport all the time.
I was playing on Beginner for the whole game and it was hard as hell Jesus.
I dont even want to THINK about what the bots do if you set it on Expert.
They aren't actually that different, just smarter (i.e. don't let go of blocks, jump out of the way on special attacks, do 10 hit combos)
They basically are smarter and more offensive and that's it.

Baraka is literally the worst character in the game, top tier at the moment looks to be Kung Lao, Ermac, Noob, maybe Cage and Smoke.
