I love trying to find combos that work in practice. I found one for sub-zero that's pretty easy to pull off: Y, X, B, ice slide (if you time it fast/right he will do his ice slide right after the combo) - it does 26% damage. Really easy to spam once you get it down and its awesome to pull off an ice ball right after it too.

And then another for Stryker that's not so easy to pull off but it looks cool if you pull it off fast enough: <- Y, -> Y, B, baton roll. If you do it fast enough he will catch the opponent in his baton roll right before they hit the ground, and it does 27% damage.
