I love games where I control the car.

For those who complain about too short of a timespan between games - are you guys a bit thick? EA is just a publisher with lots of developer studios. Last Black Box NFS game (exluding NFS world)? Undercover in 2008. Slightly Mad Studios - Shift 1 - 2009. Shift 2 - 2011. Chill out guys. They branched NFS series. Shift for semirealistic guys, MW and U2 for arcade and customization guys. I guess this would be MW2 style since they released Shift2 recently. For everyone else shitting on NFS series, piss off. They can't cater to [B]everyone[/B], there are a lot of other racing simulators, so I have no idea why you would come to NFS thread and shitpost. /rant

Most Wanted was absolutely amazing, probably my favourite racing game ever, that view point then made me by the proceeding games and I was severely unimpressed, something happened in the transition between the Xbox and 360 or PS2 and PS3 which murdered these games :frown:

I think gameplay is too linear, as you would watch a movie and click square or circle when it appears.

Well it certainly looks fresh, i wonder if the whole story focus will pay off. Then again, this is Blackbox, sooo :sigh: The driving mechanics, however - that's what i'm interested to try, it seems rather heavy, and the roads seem more in style of NFSU or MW than Hot Pursuit 2010. Also i saw no nitro - interesting.

I miss the OLD need for speed games, pre underground... Underground and most wanted were alright but it felt like a completely different franchise and shouldn't have been called Need for speed IMO
