This better be fucking good.
Last really good NFS was Most Wanted.
Heres hoping they have a variation of Chargers
I dislike muscle cars. It helps to have some handling in a racing game.

I rather have a dodge challenger than a Nissan GTR in My video games
Need for Speed: The Runs
It's coming to E3.

to be honest, if I feel in control of my car it doesn't matter if I drive a car with shitty handling, because I can feel the car, drift it, spin it, even jump it at times and still feel in control..
I love games where I control the car.

Woah, what an awesome person being able to do all the thing she does despite having severe brain damage.

-Running on the Frostbite 2 Engine that powers BF3

-They are attempting to bring a story back to NFS
I'll wait for some proper gameplay videos before getting excited, if that's okay.
just watch vids of undercover or hp3, they're all the same cars-on-rails nitrous supercar game-a-year pieces of shit
For those who complain about too short of a timespan between games - are you guys a bit thick? EA is just a publisher with lots of developer studios. Last Black Box NFS game (exluding NFS world)? Undercover in 2008. Slightly Mad Studios - Shift 1 - 2009. Shift 2 - 2011.
Chill out guys. They branched NFS series. Shift for semirealistic guys, MW and U2 for arcade and customization guys. I guess this would be MW2 style since they released Shift2 recently.
For everyone else shitting on NFS series, piss off. They can't cater to everyone, there are a lot of other racing simulators, so I have no idea why you would come to NFS thread and shitpost.

Most Wanted was absolutely amazing, probably my favourite racing game ever, that view point then made me by the proceeding games and I was severely unimpressed, something happened in the transition between the Xbox and 360 or PS2 and PS3 which murdered these games :frown:
I just wonder how the car's will handle. im all about the realizmz :bubblewoop:
More like NFS:The Runs. Because their shitting out nfs games like EA is having Diarrhea! Atleast some of them are decent though.
All that shooting and endangering the lives of drivers (really, police SHOOTING him and shooting civilian cars?) just because of a racer? This sounds retarded.
That car jumping/rolling animation after breaking concrete thing.
:v: :v: :v:

Then again this game supposedly has a story so there might be an explanation for that no matter how retarded it might seem.
It's much worse than I expected and I didn't expect much at all.
I was not expecting Heavy Rain 2: Need for Speed

I was not expecting a face from my comic as your avatar :v:
Hey it definitely looks like a play though. Might get it when there is a sale or if there are good reviews.
ALSO YOU CAN GET OUT OF YOUR CAR TO PREFORM QUICKTIME EVENTS
Sounds stupid.
Well it certainly looks fresh, i wonder if the whole story focus will pay off.
Then again, this is Blackbox, sooo :sigh:
The driving mechanics, however - that's what i'm interested to try, it seems rather heavy, and the roads seem more in style of NFSU or MW than Hot Pursuit 2010. Also i saw no nitro - interesting.
I miss the OLD need for speed games, pre underground...
Underground and most wanted were alright but it felt like a completely different franchise and shouldn't have been called Need for speed IMO
