Well, Space Marine disappeared from Steam UK like I said it would. But how do you know its not GAME? Show us what you've got?
How do you know it is GAME?
Show us some concrete evidence.

GAME is the suspect, since they threatened to do it. Clearly it would be nice if someone should help GAME clear their name and we could hunt down the real culprit.

the burden of proof lies on the accuser

Within Law it is, but this is the internet son.
Pretty sure a few of Microsoft's lawsuits were done to prevent them going monopoly over a market.
Technically they should get a lawsuit I think, since they do have a sort of monopoly over the UK apparently.

actually the burden of proof is a concept that is applied to more than just common law but i wouldn't expect a dreg like you to comprehend something as complicated as philosophy
I like the fact that GAME still has a pre-owned PS2 section. Lets me pick up some brilliant games for cheap-ass prices.
Seems like that shady backhanded deal strikes again, this time with Batman: Arkham City.

Yes, a "dreg" like me who has studied some aspects of Law and Philosophy and been lurking around the internet for quite a few years, and I can tell you that just like British Tabloids, there is no requirement to "cite sources" for rumour, hearsay, conjecture and speculation because of the nature of the medium.
I don't really see why the fuck Game has power over those games and Steam. It's stupid as fuck.
Because a lot of the games that they're threatening to boycott are essentially console ports. If the console is their primary market, then the largest retail chain not holding your product would be incredibly damaging.
fucking game fuck off you pile of shit cumguzzlers FUCK! CUNTS!!
I live in the UK and I was able to pre-order Skyrim, but I am not able to see Space Marine or Arkham City.
