So is the Fifa Manager one just for some DLC for the game or something?
I'm not sure about that.
redeem page isnt loading, ugh.
I'm not sure about that.
Just tried it out. It's not listed as DLC on the store page, but once you get it, it says:
Live Season will be directly entitled to you. Your FIFA MANAGER 12 account information must match your Origin Account’s information in order for Live Season entitlement to be set correctly! Select Live Season in the main menu of your game and enter your account details. You will be taken right into the real-life situation of your club for the 2011/12 season in one out of 11 supported divisions.
So yeah, you need the actual game.
So do I do this on the Origin client or just on their website?
Never mind. Use Origin, it works. Thank you <3
Also downloading Origin I just realised I bought Battlefield 2142 and used to play it on my old pc. Shame nobody plays it anymore. Might just download it again for nostalgia :)
Nobody plays it? Yeah they do, there are plenty of servers.
I got it the last time they messed this up, and so I grabbed it again on another Origin account.
Never hurts to have multiple copies.
Any idea why it doesn't work in the US? Most digital distribution services are good about making these kinds of promotions accessible worldwide.

Maybe Origin is run by Libyan rebels.
The Burnout code worked fine for me. I used expat shield for my vpn.
worked, thanks!
I installed that and used the code in the origin client's store.
When I have Expat Shield running and then try to log into Origin it keeps telling me that my login info is incorrect, even though I know it IS correct.
Anyone else get this, or have a solution?
EDIT: Got it, had to go on a different computer and do it, not sure why, but when I tried it on my sisters computer I was able to log into Origin fine while Expat was running and put the code in and got the game. The pages loaded slow as hell though.
I feel like this is a TOTAL trap.
The minute I download Origins is the minute I'm in EA's deathgrip.
No thank you EA, I don't want your spyware wreaking havok in my computer, thank you.
A friend of mine used the VPN, and was afraid to get banned for it, so I sent him this :
We have been aware that some of our users tried to bypass our region block on Origin,to try and obtain a free copy of Burnout Paradise™: The Ultimate Box and FIFA™ Manager 12 Live Season.Knowing this, we will certainly investigate those who did, and ban their accounts. There will be no exceptions, they have commited an illegality and will be punished.
Sincerely, EA Games Headquarters.
I told him it was posted on EA games forums, he's scared because he has a Star wars preorder in there :v:.
Way to be a dick to your friend.
Unless he was a dick to you first, in which case, serves him right.
This is better for consoles.
More content, especially Big Surf Island, which is lacking for PC version.
Still works, the multiplayer freeburn is fun as hell.
Origin just freezes when i go to checkout
edit: though it seems expat is working fine because i'm posting from the US with a GB flag
Would anyone mind doing this for me? My internet grinds to a standstill using a VPN
I'm using UK VPN, but always "Payment Authorisation Failed" in the finish. :( Why?

I mean EA might be a total balls company but Origin isn't spyware. I already had Origin installed because of the Sims 3, but unfortunately I don't live in the UK so I could't take advantage of Burnout Paradise. No I'm not gonna try to trick EA into thinking I live in the UK either. It's a marketing campaign region locked to a region in which I neither live in nor have citizenship in so I view it as akin to piracy.

That was a horrific email. That doesn't sound professional in the slightest, nor does it look professional.
I can't get this to work, it just reloads the purchase page when I click "continue". Help?
[editline]17th November 2011[/editline]
Nevermind, it wanted a zip code, it just decided not to tell me it wanted one.
Aww, it's giving me an invalid promo code error when I try, even though I got a pop up telling me to use it. Oh well.

If I spoke to you in portuguese would you be able to distinguish a formal email from a common one?
if Burnout Paradise = "PARADISE" and FIFA Manager 12 = "MANAGER" then, Battlefield 3 = "3" and not "BATTLEFIELD". :v:
If you use that logic, FIFA Manager 12 would be "12".

Second word in the title, not last one.
Every time I load it up it shows me the Loading screen then crashes to desktop with a generic Windows error :\
