If you guys are wondering LA Noire is definitely worth it.
Oh sweet RO2 is on sale. Game is definitely worth $20 btw.
Aw man! I picked a bad day not to have money. I want some new vegas dlc.
-automerge broke-
Rollercoaster Tycoon worth it?
RO2?? idk i need some convincing. Anybody?
Damn, was not expecting LA Noire, I wonder what the price is at: Still pricey though.
L.A. Noire is cool, but if I'm ever gonna get it one day, It will be retail. Also New Vegas, but without the DLC it just makes me feel like missing a lot of shit.
RCT3 Is Tempting, so is RO2, but I heard it's insanely hard.
Nothing interesting. :(
Fallout NV + all dlc (basically NV GotY Edition) for $16.44. lord give me the strength
I should get TFC. It's the only Valve game that I don't own. I didn't even buy the complete pack.
I'm really tempted with LA Noire
I'm really tempted with LA Noire
It's an amazing game, I remember just the main story is 30-40 hours and I enjoyed every minute of it.
RO2?? idk i need some convincing. Anybody?
RO2 is a lot of fun. Now and then you come across a game that just has a shitload of thought put into it, and Red Orchestra 2 is one of them. The game attempts to be as historically accurate as possible. For instance, the German automatic mp40 has little recoil and is a very good precision weapon: just as it was in real-life. The Soviet PPSH has a bit more recoil due to its quick-manufacture nature, compared to the mp40's delicate make. Every weapon fires realistically, as if the weapon is in your hands - some players have even claimed that using weapons feel so real, they can almost smell the smoke coming from the gun. TWI's attention to detail doesn't end there, however. There are a variety of distinctive personalities that RO2 spawns for each soldier; if I remember, there are four personalities per side. The soldiers interact with one another, chattering, taunting, confirming kills, etc. Most of all, of course, each personality has their own reaction to death. When your character enters "bleed out" (slow death where the screen goes to black), your character will say a new reaction every time. It's very haunting, especially when you see dead players' bodies squirming on the ground, screaming in agony or gurgling. Gore effects are very realistic; they coincide well with how gore looked in WWII photographs. Every map is based on real images of WWII battle sites, attempting to replicate how each battle in Stalingrad looked during the time. It's a shooter where thought and strategy is very important. It's a great game because of how much thought every kill takes, and how much stress each battle creates. The steep skill curve has been smoothed too, so it's not nearly as hard to progress and get better. But it's really fun to see yourself get better and better at the game. Across the board the only real complaint has been bugs, which TWI has a great track record of squashing post-release. TWI is regularly patching out serious issues, most of the original launch bugs are gone. New content is coming very soon, including online campaign - something that can take four hours tops to finish. Online campaign is a mixture of Battlefront's "Galactic Conquest" style, with in-game cinematic openings and closings. Co-op campaign will also be coming soon. Plus the Pacific theater is approaching in the Summer, as well as a number of other mods throughout next year (WWI, Vietnam, Civil War, Warhammer, etc.). It's almost as if buying RO2 is not just buying RO2, but also an investment of several other games. And, for $20, it's definitely worth it.

Been waiting for Portal 2 to come on sale for months. Missed it :suicide:
Amazing to you on... PC or PS3? The technical hitches of the PC version might be an issue.
I played it on PS3 but I heard the PC version was good.
I played it on PS3 but I heard the PC version was good.
So did I, loved it too. That is why we need a PC player that finished it to give their impression of the problems.
Damn these sales are nice, but I've al ready played: Ro2, the Total War games, LA noire and New Vegas. If you don't own any of the ones I named buy them.
I got the Medieval 2 complete pack from a buddy. I love him so much I'm gonna cry ;_;
RCT3 FUCK YEAAAAAA [sp]The filetype adds to the nostalgia factor[/sp]
Damn, I overslept and forgot to purchase Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Guess I'll have to wait for the Christmas sale. However, bought some New Vegas DLC I was waiting for. Finally, I can figure out what that other courier's deal is. Personally, though - I'm waiting for Dead Island to drop in price some more. I have a feeling it will, and it looks fun, but I don't think it's worth $26 right now.

I was about to buy new vegas this morning but decided against it and was going to wait. Oh boy oh boy.

Just bought UT2004. If it still has active players I'll be the happiest man alive.
