If you can get all the DLC, I would. But if you are looking to skip some, the Courier Stash is just the overpowered as fuck preorder gear, the Gun Runners' Arsenal is just a weapon pack, Honest hearts has some iffy design and linear as crap main mission, and Dead Money has some very weak gameplay sections.
They're still all very, [I]very[/I] good.
