Einstein in Lylat Wars - Games

For those who are confused, Lylat Wars is the European name for what we know as Starfox 64.

So, if Einstein is in the Starfox Universe, that means that earth is also in that universe. But see, all "people" in there are animals that exist only on earth. Meaning only humans could have known about these animals. This leads to two conclusions: A) We did some sort of "Planet of the Apes" thing to all animals, which erradicated the human race B) Scientist found out how to apply genetical traits of animals to humans, which in turn created more furries and the human race as we know it died out! THE FUTURE IS HORRIBLE!

If they speak english, then is earth a part of the cannon? Also, humans are part of the starfox universe, since F-zero has been part of the starfox cannon since starfox command and this game has humans (andros is not a human).
