Bad Company 2 had fantastic sniping. It was incredibly rewarding!
Why is every good-looking game's single-player so goddamn short?!
Glad to see this game is getting pretty good reviews so far. The only ones that haven't given it eight or above (most scores have been 9 or above so far) are the kinds that give Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2 nines and ten.

They said they plan to release various kinds of DLC, not just map packs like you see in most shooters as DLC. I hope it includes weapons/vehicles/load-out stuff too, though, not just maps and gamemodes.

If you look close enough, he kills the enemy in the bus and another enemy comes out of cover from the concrete barrier. You can see that the enemy in the bus is dead at 0:30 and the guy's head popping out from the concrete barrier at 0:3.

Yes, because I'm the ONLY one who is not looking forward to a game that looks like BF:BC2 or Call of Duty, because I already played the shit out of those and I'm through with "Modern shooters".

And of course I can believe people look forward to it, that's how the gaming community operates these days. "It's a war game, I have to buy it." And I can guarantee that's the main reason. You're familiar with the genre so it will be easy for you to pick up and play. Don't even begin to tell me it's a matter of opinion either. Some games can be shit in fact. If I handed you a turd, would you praise it? It's so obvious that this game just stole several mechanics from other games and implemented them with just the slightest of change. And the sad part is in the videos they made it seem like it was FRESH, AND BRAND NEW! Clearly it's not.

I read Homefront: Voice of Freedom, and apparently from what I gathered the entire world (With the exception of the GKR.) is in terrible economic turmoil, so Western Europe hardly has the funds or mobility to intervene. As I recall, the book said it would take weeks or months from the initial invasion for the Europeans to help, and by then the Koreans had already occupied most places and totally fucked over the Mississippi River.

Been playing it on PS3 and it definitely isn't anything original. It however perfectly meshes Call of Duty styled shooting, with the Battlefield style of tactics. The adding of a purchase system for special weapons and vehicles Counter-Strike style is pretty cool too.
