Drones are gonna be amazingly fun, used to love the ones in Frontline and using the UAV properly in BC2.

Actually BC2 looks kind of fun on videos, Homefront looks like a generic shooter. Shooting mechanics wise, that is, the scenery is definitely not generic.

Yeah, I like the suburban maps instead of the usual far away place that no one seems to live. The maps looks pretty accurate in what I would find if I just drove around the country. Well, without all the destroyed buildings.
Am I the only one who really likes the sound design.
I like the metallic feel to all the weapons.
And the vehicle explosion is incredible. Sounds like its out of a Star Wars movie.

I do not recommend this for single-player. I can't say about mutiplayer but single player is not worth the $60.

Yes, but SP + MP is worth it. It's also $50 on Steam.
MP looks really cool.
- Zoom-in respawning
- Rounds don't end, you just "move up" to the next area
- UI looks good
- Battle Point system looks fairly intuitive and rewards you for doing well in a round
- VEHIKULLS
A few gripes I have:
- The sound effects in general are pretty meh
- Footage I've seen just makes it look like CoD/generic FPS with slightly different mechanics ("The enemy is taking Alpha!"), and I was hoping for something a bit more original
- Etc., etc.

I'm finding the story to be very immersible, the voice acting is gold in some areas and a bit 'meh' in others but all in all its shaping up to the hype.
