Is the Serious Sam 3 achievement not unlocking for everyone?

So i got 3 keys of DOTA 2, two for my friends and one for mine. I traded FEAR 3 for the last key, but the happiness of my friend was worth the money spent. I guess.

I got the TF2 achievement before it went daily and I got it. Mabye that helps. :v:
