Don't forget Fable The Lost Chapters. It got released on Steam yesterday but is only mentioned on the Fable pack site. It looks like hardly anyone noticed it's release on Steam. That and Orcs Must Die are clearly worth the cash.

RO2 is fun. I bought it full price and don't feel robbed. If you own Tropico 3 then don't buy four. But if it's you first Tropico game I'd say go for it.
