Just bought Orcs. If you like tower defense you'll love this. Dredmor is a great simple Rouge-like. If you are interested in the concept of rouge-likes but real ones (Like hardcore ASCII ones) are too involved for you then Dungeons is a great substitute.
Ok. I like tower defense when I just want to relax and I do like those rogue games but couldn't really get into the text-based ones.

Orcs Must Die isn't Tower Defense actually. It's action-based and instead of towers it has got traps that would never do the thing without you.
