Keep the sale stuff in your cart until you can buy it, then purchase it. It worked for me.
Also, if anyone can't buy Skyrim now while it's on sale, I got a 25% Bethesda Coupon.
Oh, and 60% Magicka, 50% GTA4 Complete, 50% Witcher Enhanced

To be fair, the method I used was having it ready to purchase and I just clicked the purchase option once I had the money in my account. I was waiting on a transfer while the sale ended. I noticed that if you go to choosing your payment option, it will say Price: 3.74 (The price it was for the 2 games I was buying) so I figured (Eh there's no crossed out 9.99 so I guess it will work?)

Value of bill's ~ 11$ ~ 10$
Value of Peace Napper's ~ 50$

935$ - 6 x 25$ - 1 x 10$ - 50$ = 725$

So thanks TF2 items and Steam for saving me 725 dollars and getting me some games I thought I would never get. I even gave away some games as well (tho I didn't count them in final result).
I'm looking forward to summer sale. :3
