once your in town with 200 crowns (currency) click the crossed swords in the top right and choose lockdown, if lucky then you'll be placed in the snow arena
all you gotta do now is pick up and throw snow at an enemy

The more I think about it, the more I realize just how stupid coupons are. What's the point of giving away coupons which not only are no use for future games, but also don't give as much of a discount as the current sales are (and can't be added to current deals)?

It's easy
When you're in a haven, just click the little crossed swords icon at the top right part of the screen to enter a PvP match.
There'll be loads of piles of snowballs around the map, right click to pick them up then right click again to throw them. Aim well and you'll hit someone and get an achievement.
