Same as me.
We should seperate the treasure hunt to the hunt thread:

and keep discussions on sales here probably.
But what do I know

Just Cause for $5 you best get it boys
-snip-
god DAMN it took me a good half an hour to get all the games I wanted in my cart, now suddenly it's empty due to a steam fart.
There is a thread. It's the most popular one right now.

Treasure Hunt ≠ Sale
Steam winter sale AKA Error 503 Service Unavailable
I bought myself metro 2033 and I bought my friend Just Cause 2. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
Picked up singularity after about 15 minutes of fighting with the steam store, I'm going to regroup before I go back and get Just Cause 2.
Meh.
it just emptied my cart AGAIN ;-;
Damn I wish I had money this week. These deals are awesome. I'd kill for Fable 3.
It's like it doesn't WANT me to buy stuff.
I got my gift, 50% off a valve title. I used it on the Portal pack that I got for my girlfriend. It ended up being like $8, good deal.
Man, isn't this a nice deal.

You wouldn't want to do that. It's a really really really bad game, if you can even call it that. The UI is horrible, there's no difficulty and the story is non-existant. Fable 1 is way better.
Round One.
Bring it on, Steam!

Beat this.
On the topic of Metro 2033 tho, I have a few questions:
1. Heard the immersion is great, what about the actual gameplay? Should I expect stealth, guns blazing or cover-based combat with regen health?
2. Heard it's hardware-intense, my computer runs Crysis 2 without problems - does that mean I'm fine?
Steam's getting too wonky. It keeps moving the 'Not available in your region' from game to game on the main page. O_o

1:Immersion is great. You can do the first 2, but theres no health regen. (which I like)
2: You should be fine.
Its a great game you should pick it up.
At £3.74 there really is no excuse not to buy Metro 2033

Thanks a lot, I think I'll do that once Steam normalizes.
everybody stop breaking steam for the love of god
all i want to do is look at page fucking five of the indie game section, is that so hard
edit: also METRO is no longer available in my region. what the fuck
I want to see my steam coupons :/
All I want to do is have steam violate my filthy wallet, but no, these server's are against that kind of thing apparently.
Caragolpe needs to change the picture in the op.
