Okay, so I've owned the Ship since it was released like years a go, and I go to check to see if I have any extra copies to give out since the announcement.

I hope Steam is crapping out right now, because otherwise I'd have the Ship as well as a Humble Indie Bundle 3 Steam key and -33% Valve coupon to trade right now.

Is anyone having trouble purchasing items on steam? When I got to pay, it says "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

The only thing different is that I'm currently in America, but I live in Canada, and my credit card is obviously from Canada. Would that mean I can't purchase anything?

I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to buy some games I want on sale. Steam is NOT going to let me buy them. Is there anyone that can gift them to me, and I can pay back? The games are 2.49, 3.74, and 4.99 each. We could do them one at a time, and if anyone wants to hit me up, I'd be fine settling up for $15 instead of the $11.22 that it would normally be.
