Warband is easily the best of all of them. Fire and Sword feels like a mod for Warband, but it's fun if you like guns. The original is solid too, but warband is basically the original remade with a whole lot of content added and improved graphics

is there a way to "cheat" the defense grid achieve by using a late round auto save? i cant really be bothered to play a 30+ wave round that you have to complete with all orbs safe (presumably)
