I just got the Orcs Must Die! achievement, and didn't get anything in my inventory, I also never got the "second" gift (if there is one, it sounds like there is) from the free gift. Is it just STEAM being dumb?

It's been over 7 hours now and I cannot access my Steam inventory. I can see my TF2 items, but my gift copy of Just Cause 2 is gone and I never got any of my gift pile gifts.

Getting Portal 2 for free is the the actual plan really. But since I can use one coupon per item. There are still a bunch of Valve games that I don't even have.
