every time I click "get started" it just refreshes the page and comes back up with it

Yeah I got nothing from it. Also my Steam inventory disappeared, which had a gift of Just Cause 2 that I promised someone sitting in it that I can no longer access. This has been the case for some 10 hours now.
Does anyone have interest in a discount of 50% on Patrician IV? I really have no interest in play that game and i could trade for something useful

Apparently it doesn't work, I did it with a bunch of my friends up to level 21 and no achievement.
Bought Portal 2 and Counter-Strike.
