And yes, the End DOES feel kinda Xennish, though I doubt Gordon ever fought a massive black dragon on Xen. Keep the end as is besides one detail. The enderdragon portal takes you to the real sky dimension.

When I first saw this thread I thought it meant that they had replaced the ender dragon with a giant Jeb.

I fully support Jeb and I hope he is open to community suggestions while also adding in his own unique things to the game.

Perhaps Notch will take some time out to re-eveluate what it means to be a dev. Then He'll become a good Dev again. Wishful thinking I know but a man can dream...

He's getting the Bukkit Devs, Modloader devs, and a few modmakers to help him with a true Mod API. Not Notch's Unobfuscated Code plan, but a real drag and drop API. I like this guy.

See? if Notch was still the lead dev, none of that would have happened. More vacations and unfinished features.

Jeb is way better than Notch, true, but I almost want to defend Notch purely out of the principle that people rag on him constantly when it's barely warranted. He has quite a hatedom going which is much more obnoxious to me than his fandom.

He has quite a hatedom going which is much worse than a fandom.[/QUOTE] i dont hate him, but i am still glad he is gone from leader position. yeah he MADE minecraft, but he also advertised a bunch of features and went from 1 update a week to 1 update like every 4 months. he then gives it the 1.0 tag without putting in all the promised features. jeb has ALLREADY done stuff to the game allready and he is only in for like a week or two.
