Is there a way to set "move at will" as the default for your troops in multiplayer?
Thinking about getting this, should I get the expansion as well (red tide)?
Guys I got a problem : I removed the men of war manually(not using the uninstaller sadly, I didn't knew there was one) now, when I try to reinstall it, I can only uninstall it, and I can't do that because I don't have the GameuxInstallHelper.dll, I removed every men of war file I found and I can still only uninstall it, can someone tell me how to fix that, and be able to install men of war?

Your water level might be different from where the water tobject is located
I was working on an African urban map. Was going quite well, I think it's about 1/3 done.
Relatively small, but maybe only as small as the tram station map?

What the fuck, I just refortmatted the disk I installed it in before, and it still shows me that I can't install it again still, what the fuck.

You may have already done this, but it's possibly still in the registry. Try deleting the registry by going into the run program and typing regedit and delete everything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\1C If the game is still in the registry it will always think it's still installed. If it's not in there then I have no idea :psyduck:

It didn't work. Anyway, I have an idea, could just someone upload the MoWs GameuxInstallHelper.dll and pm me the download link to it? That's the dll I need to "uninstall" it even if I manually removed it before, and there is no other way it seems.

Seems good, but the sand around some of the houses looks kinda plain. Add those small paths around the houses, maybe some crates etc behind the houses. Small crates and fruit baskets, that is. There needs to be more civilian props. If you could restrict the map to infantry and light vehicles only (no explosive ammunition, 20mm cannons being the maximum allowed caliber to prevent tank sniping the whole town down), and no AT crew (rely on grenades), it could be a fun multiplayer map.
I don't think you can restrict those things for a map itself. But there's a mod (I can't remember if it's Commanders of War or Brothers of War) which has that as an option (Instead of just All, Tanks, Infantry) as well as some nice civilian vehicles and stuff.
I would make the map for that mod if I could remember how to make it for a specific mod. There'd probably be no harm in it since nobody would play it anyway.

But now i started doing some editing in the editor, one question, how do i make i.e 100 russians charging like in " enemy at the gates " just towards machineguns and shit? it would be awesome if someone told me!:)

I have to say, Dynamic Campaing Generator has kept me mroe interested in this game than i normally would be (mainly because the missions are wildy different than faces of war, which focused on you controlling small teams, as opposed to MoW where the amount of troops you get vastly increases)

Assault Squad has skirmish maps.
Although right now they're basically frontline mixed with co-op.

Think so, but 2.4 is comeing out sometime soon and that will work with it.

Anyone ever try that mission "The Crossing"? Don't even bother if you haven't.
Here have 8 guys and kill 2 halftracks that each have 4 MGs and are full of guys with STG44s. Oh, then use the remaing guys, usually around 6, to kill 3 field guns, 20 armed AI, and a sdkfz222 so we can send you tanks across the bridge they're guarding. If you succeed that, great job! Here have another 6 guys that are dropped off in a totally useless spot that actually half the time end up dying in an explosion the bomb-on-wheels infantry carrier they came in. And those "tanks"? We really meant a single tetrarch.
Okay now with those AT MOST 8-10 guys, kill 30+ germans who are to the front and sides of you, and use that useless Tetrarch to clear the way. BAM, if the 50 MG's behind heavily fortified trenches and sandbags didn't get to your men, or they didn't flank you and your poor Tetrarch, we'll send a Ausf G. Stug at you from the front after 3 minutes of shelling the enemy with 37mm HE shells and hoping your AI will decide to spray with their SMGs or rifles that they all happen to have an impressive skill of 1 with.

DMS is extremely cheap when it comes to recycling content.
Theres objects and maps from SHoWW2 in Assault Squad. Atleast in the beta.
They're all on increasingly advanced versions of the same engine.
Why create brand new models for objects when the originals work perfectly?
