How do you get entire houses created? They're always in parts for me.
I have an extra copy of Men of War. First to PM me with your email or steam account gets it.

Been playing a German MoW campaign using the DCG. Shit is fantastic. I'm not managing my resources well, my next campaign will hopefully involve me rolling over my enemies in tanks. Currently I am shelling them and then using infantry to flank while the Brits are holed up.
DCG always has weird spawn setup for me. Most of the time both sides would spawn in an awkward locations and the objectives would be impossible to complete.
About the worst I've had to deal with was spawning some of my troops on top of rock escarpments they couldn't walk off of. That was a bit odd, but it was a bit my fault for putting them in what I felt were the best positions.

You're looking in the wrong section then,
look under "construction", then all those sections have types of houses in them.
But town_eu , town_ru and village have houses.
You can also search for objects, but make sure not to spawn any _x objects, that will cause desync in mp and they don't have collision boxes i believe.

Having a grand time in the DCG with the realism mod. Started a new campaign as Britain in Operation Overlord. I've got 2 infantry squads as well as 2 stolen panthers, already taken out one enemy division. Attempting to cut off two more but the division which is in the territory I'm attacking have a Jagdpanther, a King Tiger and several Stugs. My Panthers get taken out within the first few seconds, my infantry survive a bit longer but end up getting overwhelmed by armour because the PIAT guy only has 3 rounds, and there isn't enough cover to get near the tanks and throw AT grenades at them. Enemy infantry keep my guys pinned down so I can't do any flanking either. I could withdraw but I'd lose points and give the enemy an opportunity to counter-attack, or I could accept victory with major losses.
For some reason infantry seem to lose equipment between maps, I'm down a PIAT and a couple of my guys only have pistols.
I need to see about running another mod with the DCG for the hell of it. I take it the realism mod lives up to its name?
I just captured a British 6" gun and used it in the subsequent scenario to crush one of their two attacking forces. Now I just need to cut off the remaining group and mop up.
What is this DCG everyone's talking about? It sounds awesome. Is it a regular MoW mod?
What is this DCG everyone's talking about? It sounds awesome. Is it a regular MoW mod?
It's an external application that basically lets you purchase units and use them to capture territory in a meta-game. During in-game combat you must either defend or attack and then defend points on maps. You can repair and then steal enemy vehicles and equipment as well as small arms which will be carried over into the next battle. You are awarded requisition points by taking territory and destroying vehicles. You can attack any enemy territory which is adjacent to one under your control. At the end of a campaign (Taken over the entire meta-map or destroyed all enemy divisions) you are awarded an extra 8 "spaces" (Infantry take 1, tanks up to 14) as well as an additional unit and some requisition points, so as you complete more campaigns you get more shit, basically. The service history of vehicles and small arms are relatively accurate, and the series of campaigns continues in time, so some equipment will be un/available at different points. Just google Dynamic Campaign Generator MoW and it'll take you to the DMS forums.

In fact here you go http://www.digitalmindsoft.eu/forums/viewtopic.php?f=138&t=7674&sid=8a087290e98b97ca89460f2658844159
And if you do play it, enjoy your two squads of infantry and one tiny AT gun going against the entire Germany army.
That's the one problem with it. Sometimes you are faced with insurmountable odds, in other words about 10 odd Panzers, 5 Stugs, the odd couple of Panthers or a Tiger, with your two squads of infantry and lone AT gun. There are variables you can edit to reduce the maximum number of units they have but I want to be able to limit the unit types the enemy uses, i.e, light tanks + infantry only, infantry and field guns only etc.
I want my own army, not limiting theirs.
DCG is one of the more 'Must have' mods for MoW, most RTS's need them in lieu of linear campaigns or as an alternative.
Whoever made the inf. pack for DCG can go fuck themselves with a rake. I didn't want a complete overview of every single german platoon in WWII and where they fought, i just wanted a game of DCG with realism mod.

Notice how every single one says unaviable. Why? Because these are small variations in their loadout. Just let me play the fucking game.
I'd rather have too much choice rather than too little.
what pisses me off the ones with good equipment were never available
[editline]11th February 2011[/editline]

:eng101: The previous system allowed you to select any unit you wanted to form personalized squads.
