Direct Control has always been a big part of the series. it's one of the thigns that made it unique along with the inventory system.

Nope, they don't. That only happens to most/some medium tanks. Heavy tanks will just go like "I'm sorry you knocked?" when you throw an AT grenade anywhere other than their engine/the top of the turret.

I fixed it, For some reason it had to be .lng2 not .lng, I have the T29 with 76, 90 and 105.
Can people with the Capsule version play with people from steam?
Can somebody teach me in multiplayer? I had no clue what to do so I was just spawning units randomly and sending them to their deaths.
Play the singleplayer campaign first. Or at least just play the first mission.

This. Got this game a while back, never really got the hang of it.
I played with a friend that was rather new to the game earlier. She stuck a Pershing, a Hellcat, an M6, and a Sherman all in front of my spawn. :frog:

I completed the first missions for 2 campaigns. But the next missions were defense missions that I couldn`t do.
