What's this!? People liking a great game series!? NOT ON MY WATCH!
yeah thanks for reading it properly and not being a git
as if my problem even was you liking a great game series now you're just belittling yourself
Get your passenger's hands off the steering wheel then
I want my Max Payne to stay just the way it is now thank you very much.

Oh yeah, sorry I stole your job by accident.

He is. He just grown 12 years old older and somewhere else you're not used to him being him in.

what a terrible excuse for an insult
i'm not interested in exchanging prepubescent decelerations of mojo so whatever
all i'm saying is that the old games will not disappear, and the new game will never be as good as you feel it should be
life is a series of disappointments the sooner you understand that the easier it will be to enjoy a game that will probably be really good

You mean a place he shouldn't be in and he's a homeless, drunk, bum. They pulled a fucking Condemned 2 on the MP series.

Never played Condemned 2.

Nah man he's just trying to talk straight with you. All you're doing is ignoring everything he's saying and looking at the idea of everything.
Anyone else expecting Max Payne 3 to get canned, what with it keeping getting delayed year after year.
It's not even on the 2011-2012 calendar year.

He's not saying anything of consequence anyway.

One can only hope.
Max payne needs to stay:
-Dark & Gritty
- at least a lot of nighttime.
-New York or other city that can give a 'noir' feel (maybe some parts in europe)
- not a muscly bruce willis baldy
The beard can stay

Beards are cool but it doesn't suit Max.
I felt kinda bad for Vlad in the end.
[sp]Max...I was supposed to be...the hero.[/sp]

At some point you gotta realize that acting so smart (and maybe you really are smart, I don't doubt it) on an internet forum really is just a waste of talent.
I played both games non-stop when I was younger.

That's what they said about L.A. Noire - now look at it.
I got the new OP up and running. I hope y'all enjoy it. Thanks Fat Ass.

Yeah, except that wasn't the sequel to a highly successful and critically acclaimed series so nobody really gave a crap.

maybe it's a monologue?
I loved how the phsyics/ gravity became more unrealistic the higher your bullettime level. At some point I was shooting enemies up against the ceilnig with an AK untill my clip emptied. Classic stuff
Best part of Max Payne 2 was the Adress Unknown cult series and the theme park.
"John Mirra?"
"Yes, this is he."
"This is John Mirra. Welcome to the next level"
Max Payne 2 is one of my favourite games of all time. Also the first shooter I ever completed. Awesome game.
Also, does anyone remember that Gamespy article where they "interviewed" Max and he answered everything with metaphor-laden, overly descriptive bullshit? Shit was funny.

Digital or CD version?
If it's CD, then you have to just run setup.exe located on the CD. (at least that worked for me)
Digital, I don't know what to say.
OP should put some Max Payne 2 mods in the first post.
Payne Effects 3 (Adds a bunch of new guns and abilities. You can get a sort of dead-eye-ish thing for killing people with a knife.

Cinema (Adds some new guns too.)

I dunno I always replay in vanilla v:v:v
Max Payne: Kung Fu Edition is fun.
Just bought the bundle pack from steam for £9.99 definitely worth the buy, can't wait to play them again.
Could anyone here help me with getting Max Payne 1 to install on Windows 7 64bit?
I've tried running the setup.exe but it hasn't worked.
BTW. I got my copy of Max Payne from my godfather.
Perkele
Gotta love how there is Suomi Vodka in both MP1 and 2.
