I think on west a lot of people are speaking their own languages, atleast I'm noticing I'm doing it too now when I get 3-4 Dutch people on my team. So don't know if West will be much better on speaking English. I've decided to stay west btw, friends are playing more often now.

Is revive, rally or fortify viable on any champion?
Fortify is fine on some tanks, I sometimes take it on Malphite.
I don't even understand this game sometimes, I really need to up my game. Since I've gotten to the higher levels I can't even play Rumble properly due to flash and just general positioning.
Getting sick of not knowing what to do in some cases and also getting sick of shit team mates.
revive works for panth but panth still sucks

Pantheon and I've seen some really good Karthus players use revive and teleport and still succeed.

FPS looks fine to me on that video, it's smooth throughout the video.
The video quality sucks bad though.

If your Q hits you can do double damage with your E. Also you can detonate your Q after it's already passed through to do double damage as well.
I wish I could record my games with sound but for some reason I can't.
