I agree with the mana bit, but still.
If everybody has an oracles effect just under their sight range, then it's impossible for her to get close enough to kill someone without being seen.

If it's about the range of a ranged champions attack, which is what I believe current oracles is, then it's okay, because by the time you get that close you're probably ready to go for the kill anyways.

Brand is so fucking strong in lane. I highly recommend him, since most of the game is lost during lane and that's when teammates yell at you and shit.

Just get 2 dorans then rush deathcap and you're gold (as long as you know positioning).

For example, I won with Brand 4/1/6, but lost with Corki as 2/6/14 (i suck at ad carries), but won with Xin as 13/3/9.

Or you could pick Warwick the invincible killing machine. Takes 3 people to kill him.

Or Kat and just kill everything to death. 4 v 5 shouldn't matter if you're a fed Kat.

Or you could bring a 4v5 to a 5v4 with Morde.

Or you could split push or BD with Mundo or TF.

Pick champions that guarantee you a win, not the ones that fit best in with your team's comp. Oh and try to get an Amumu on your team.
