Ks means killstealing. when you "steal" a kill. (that actually doesn't exist unless you take a kill as a support)

For example stun fully charged Tibbers> Incinerate > Disintegrate> Molten Sheild = 3 charges built up after tibbers.

If your below level 20 don't even both buying runes since they won't be tier three and its flat damage not % that would be op you can get ap per level if you think flat is pitiful but flat helps you get early kills or whatnot.

What runes/masteries do you use on Ezreal? I'm running 21/0/9 and am going to use ArmPen reds, Mana Reg yellows, cdr/level blues and ArmPen quints. Is there a point where ArmPen is too much? That's 31 ArmPen.

Use attack damage seals and mana regen per level glyphs also switch out two of the armor penetration quints for attack damage
