Could he have been played in the past like he is being played right now? Sure, and it would have probably worked back then, too. But then you're assuming that a champion has been played in every possible fashion before every remake which is a stupid thing to assume.

Naw Vlad's Q nerf made his ult and W useless now hes useless.
He's right about Trist being really bursty, which surprised me since I used to main Trist
Gave two kills to a Trist with MR runes mid lane as Annie
She would jump on me and use her dot, healing reduc, and I couldn't trade with her unless my stun was up
Level 1-5 is just OBNOXIOUS going against her as an AP caster like Annie or Malz, since you have to sit back and farm till 6, but she can just pound on you starting at level 2

As Elementz stated in the video, I've been trying to get in some Tristana + Sona games ever since the Singaporeans showed everyone what's up. Tristana is already a pretty strong laner in itself, and at lvl 6 I was just popping off kills like they were cheap cigars.
Jarvan needed all of those nerfs. 3 forms of CC, two of which are not cleanseable or reducible

When I was a poor scrub I always saved my jump just in case I got ganked, even if everyone was in lane

Knock up is like 1-1.5 seconds long and costs 2 abilities, You can Flash/Pounce/Jump etc. out of Cata
If anything Cata is more akin to a slow than a non reducible hard cc
i don't understand why they buffed annie. she was perfect before. if they nerf her i just hope they change her back to before those buffs, instead of a nerf completely removing her viability.
