It's like you think "ohhey he's tier 4 elementz thinks he's bad" NO that's not how tier lists work. It's not that Trundle is bad, it's that in most cases it would be way better to use another jungler. Trundle is still really good on a team that can utilize him, it's just that the teams that synergize with him aren't as common or as reliable as teams that synergize with other more popular junglers. AoE? Grab Amumu or Nunu. Need a stable jungler? Warwick or Nunu. Want to be a dick to retards? Nocturne or Udyr. But Trundle still has his place and his place is very strong.
