I've seen my bro do it, don't remember the exact items though. But he had between 4 and 5k hp and he would take 2-3 players with nashor buff on them and he could kill all 3 of them. With that stuff he would crit 1.2k with the Q ability.

TIER 3 ONLY, good thing you're smart.
Also, some people say tier 1 runes are not a bad purchase but I still recommend tier 3 only since, well... You don't really need runes when you're low level.

It's going to take ages to get to lvl 20 though at the rate I play (just 1-4 matches a day)
Another question, is the levelling up experience consistent or does it increase every level
Say levelling up from 9-10 takes 500 xp, does 10-11 take more?
