Protip: you should really start thinking about playing normal games instead of bots only. Back in 2010 when I started playing LoL, bots were incredibly stupid that people with level 5 easily owned them and were forced to play at least custom games with other people.

Depends. Doran items in the solo lane aren't worth it unless you have a form of sustain such as Kayle with her heal. Dorans are seen a lot more in bot lane with an AD carry + support because that lane can sacrifice a bit of early game sustain through pots because of a support babysitting the lane. Stacking Dorans items to two or three is very efficient, too.
Some other common first items in the solo lanes are Boots + 3/4 HP pots, Regrowth + HP pot, Cloth Armor + 5 HP pots, and Sapphire Crystal/Meki Pendant + 2 HP pots.
