Not saying he doesn't have a spell rotation. It's just that when I see him in normal games on my team he's either not doing too much for our team or not helping or if he's on the other team then I don't see him as a threat.

I played a Jarvan the other day as Singed on Twisted Treeline and he was raping our team. We would have probably lost had one of their team not dropped from the game. It was disappointing actually.
