I seem to get the same amount of IP and XP every match I play, even if I have 10 kills or 0 kills and 10 deaths.

it depends on how long the game lasts and if you won or not
you also get more ip the more games you played in a row without leaving afaik
I have 0 leaves. I tried once but I was forced to reconnect and it didn't even count.
