I haven't seen the numbers but Galio's changes sound like they remove what he was good at. He was good for normal games I won more than I lost with him, early game harassment, midgame tank, lategame sadly just an AoEtaunt. Lower damage -> Fuck over his laning, less reason to be targeted at teamfights. Make him tankier than he was and there is 0 reason to attack him.
The only way how the changes aren't a nerf is if Q's projectile speed is greatly increased.

I'm pretty meh about him.
Tanky DPS with a lot of things he can do and he'll be OP at release/underpowered.
So the supposed patch next week correct?
Anyone else having server problems? I had 1500 latency spikes last game.
