It's more efficient to solve a problem that can be easily fixed (global teleports) and then work on the harder problems (making Panth viable) than to just leave it in the game
Always better to have something temporarily UP than something temporarily broken/OP

if you have over 50 rage your abilities do bonus damage and consume that much upon use, otherwise rage champs work like garen/kat

His rage is just an easy way to show his bloodlust stacks so you know when and when not to engage him
His abilities don't cost rage, and neither do Renekton's
