The Annie nerf is [b]NOTHING[/b]. Welp, 10(+0.1AP) less burst damage total on Annie will do something. Galio's Bulwark still doesn't heal ally (even if it should be a lower amount). Survivability really wasn't that big of an issue when I played him... Kayle's damage amplification on Q went into nothing, and I'm not sure why they buffed the AP ratio since I doubt the AP/AS hybrid build works as well as on-hit with Malady, Black Cleaver, etc. since her passive is gone. Her E got a very big buff from what I can see. A very large increase on the extra base damage for 33% scaling nerf. Her heal got nerfed. I'm not sure how the passive will play out, although it will synergize well with BC and Malady since %armor reduction comes before flat armor reduction. Trydamere changes are interesting. Yorick got his slow changed into an AP ratio... lol massive nerf -Fixed a bug where certain spells would deal damage twice. YES
His Q has an 8 second cooldown. Leona has a damn stun on an 8 second CD and singed's fling is on a 10 second cooldown. Still will not be a threat. 100 extra missile speed isn't that much.

There was no need for 20 less base damage on Jax's Q. Changing the ratio from 0.7 to 1.0 was a good change, though.
And wow I just saw numbers on Kayle's passive. 10% reduction on armor and MR. That's what, 10 armor reduction midgame and 20 armor reduction lategame? That's worse than Black Cleaver's passive by a shit load. And if you do the math, Black Cleaver's passive is around 400 gold's worth.
Oh joy Omen of Pestilence is now based off AP instead of AD. At least famine wasn't nerfed THAT much.
