Jungling - why ? Self healing / high damage / ganky characters get to jungle, not fully fledged tank that can have powerful CC right off the bat. Shen, he is tank that can jungle, but that's couse of vorpal blade's heal...and that's it.
Solotop ? Tank ? What if Vlad goes solotop ? Pretty much every tank is fucked at this moment. They might be somewhat good vs super squishy melee like Trynd (trynd solotop ? again....), but otherwise they just ensure that lane is freefarm for enemy.
Leona is great babysitter. Stun, Gap closer (goes through minions) and AoE/Tanky steroid. Imagine Tryndamere/Leona. If Trynd gets approached by anything : W, E, Q. Before Q lands Trynd already slashed 2/3 times. Throw in mocking shout / exhaust and we have a dead anything right here and there.
Off tank ? Yes, she scales off Ability power, but so does Shen, Amumu...I don't see them going off-tanky, rather full day job.
She doesn't offer damage herself, but if her ultimate hits at least 3 targets = 420 right there for free (not including damage from ult itself). W hits at least 2 guys = 280. Now, those numbers ain't much.
Simple situation :
Lone Champion vs Leona and Teemo
Leona's E + 140 + Teemo hits + Leona's Autoattack
Leona's W + 140 + Teemo hits + Leona's Autoattack
Leona's Q + 140 + Teemo hits + Leona's Autoattack
Combined : 420 + 160 + 260 + 220 + possibly 120 from Leona's Auto-attacks = 1180 damage from [B]Leona alone[/B]
There was also Teemo triggering her passive and dealing his usual damage.
If that's not a lot for a guy that invested only into supportive/magic resistance / armor then I dare to say - bullshit.[/QUOTE]

Oh yeah also I deliberately rank games when I obviously shouldn't such as when I am sick (lost three games from that a few days ago) and when I need to sleep / just woke up (lost my only solo rank because I literally couldn't even stay awake).

Saving people with well aimed Ultimate ? I'd take that over Requiem kills any day.
Bad in practice - maybe, I've seen people underperform with her, but same goes for Corki, Ashe, Xins,etc.
You won't dare to say those are bad, yet I've seen people fail with them, so ? For now it sounds like Leona is unpolished gem, the moment someone wipes the dirt off we might see another FOTM.

Today I played 6 games. 4 of those games there were Russians spamming the chat.
And yeah, I love Serj
Here's what I thought out of one game playing Wu Kong.
-Makes people rage with decoy
-AOE knockup is nice, although short
-Q is bad version of Garen Decisive strike (imo)
-E is a pretty good gap closer and useful for early game harrassment
-R doesn't scale into lategame that well
-Triforce is boss on him
-Bad at kill-securing (went 1/2/19)
-Overall pretty balanced with good DPS, early game burst, but falls off lategame a bit (autoattacks will deal nearly same damage as ult, just not AOE)
-Fun as hell

That was "fun factor" comparison. I can compare it to any ult, but Karthus's R is most famous, so I chose it. I just wanted to say that her spells are indeed fun and rewarding, the only thing she doesn't have is high damage output / scaling, and that's really it.
Why do some people seem to believe that only things that are OP are the one's that deal damage ?
1200 AP Veigar is OP couse he can 1 shot 1 person during teamfights, but nigh-immortal stunner with gap closer that will shut down carry and proceed to do that to everyone else 1 by 1 while boosting team's damage is not ?

I find her boring as hell but better than galio not as fun as Malphite,Alister,Amumu,Rammus.
Amumu and Malphites ulti's are 100% more satisfying than Leona's "LOL WHATS THAT YOU GROUPED UP NOPE IN THE AIR OR STUNED AND ROOTED"

Wukong actually seems pretty decent, actually. Not too annoying, but can do a ridiculous amount of burst if you're not careful.

Except both of them have to get into center of enemy group. Yes, Malphite can charge in, Amumu can Bandage Toss in, Leona has to just Left click.
Really, I've found Maokai boring, Leona is on sugar rush compared to him.

I think they should just give him back Crit Damage % boost, maybe as per level thingy ? Add to his passive and he's back to normal.
