He's not OP at all, you are exagerating. He is incredibly strong and no one really knows how to stop his early game well.

A half skilled player should be able to still hit you. I mean you could say get boots and /l all game for any skillshot champ, doesn't change the fact that he's still going to stomp you if he's play with anything less than retardation.
