She has an AOE stun, which is enough to turn an entire team fight. Take Malz for instance. He is absolutely useless in team fights because he can only suppress one person, and while doing so he is exposed. Annie's ult is: AOE, instant, and does insane damage. She can tibbers bomb an entire team and walk out with ease.
Malz's combo is countered by quick silver sash very well. Annie's? Nothing. Its absolute bullshit that there's a 100% chance of a kill with her stupid a-dyslexic-monkey-could-play-this-champ combo.
Wukong does like barely any damage

Try Taric Vayne or Caitlyn, see now that's a pain, because it's the best offensive lane early game and they can completely dominate everything if the team doesn't have a jungler / you ward up 24/7 so you won't get ganked. Best pubstomping lane EU, if you're not doing top/mid.

Doesn't wukongs Crushing Blow have 1:1 with his AD? That's why it's so neat atleast, because you get a free autohit, and spin to win with the ultimate after, i can somewhat see your point, but wukongs is insane in the laning phase, if he solo's top, the 30% armor reduction is just devastating.
But i'll agree, he scales badly into the later stages of the game.

1 item worth whatever gold, i don't remember the price its like 1500-1800 gold for 1 ultimate, if one person has it, he wasted just that much gold, ult another person. VERY WORTH IT. item slot + this amount of gold is really sick for an ultimate, don't you think?

Increase AS boost, make Q scale off AD, buff R a bit and he should be fine.

I know jarvans is 1:1.1... i was just asking if his wasnt 1:1 because it's still a good skill, though i didnt know it was base armor, which makes it a lot worse than i thought, but it's still devastating early game, and it still resets the attack timer, i'm not saying this is a good skill, i'm just saying it's not that horrible, but i he does need buffs, especially his ult, it's not satisfying to use it at all, because nothing really happens except a tiny stun and horrible aoe damage.
Crushing blow has a 1:1 ratio it adds your total attack damage then the extra from crushing blow derp.
Some days you just don't feel like playing.
