Little late on this one but on your second B grab Triforce if your team is tanky/don't need that much tankiness, start working on FoN if you do need an offtank. You want that HoG for the HP early game. Build it into Randuin's later. If your team is just tanking everything build Atma's, then Bloodthirster and maybe even Infinity Edge (I've never gotten to this point). If you need more tankiness there's Warmog's to replace one of the DPS items.

Why not? 1.4k hp and a ton of hp5 is pretty good for the jungle
Warmogs usually just makes you a bigger sack of HP. You need armor and MR backing that HP up.

I know it makes you nice and bursty, but with this much AP you easily keep shield up, except for nukes that will blast through it anyway.
I just go for another meaty tanky item (NOT warmog).
