In ym experience anyway, i'm sure there's plenty of good players, but literally, every russian, polish, croation or serbian i got queued with fed mercilessly, Q_Q'd in russian/serbo-croat and then afkd or rage quit.

Premade is an organized group of 2-5 people which joins the queue and plays together in one team.
