Swain is a beast, he's one of the most underrated champs imo. He'll get a FoTM and then get nerfed to shit.

I build full AS Tryn and it fucking wrecks shit. Retards still build him for crit not knowing that he no longer scales with crit.
AS or AS/AD is the best atm.

I would think Wriggle, Merc/Tabi, Phage, Sheen, BV, Triforce, Randuin.
