So I'm playing Jarvan, but I'm not sure how to build him, at the moment I'm going Regrowth> Philo stone > x3 Hearts of gold Speed boots, FoN, Merc treds> Trinity > Omen
But I feel like I'm in limbo with the build, I feel like I take too much damage and don't do enough back.
Also just hit level 20 and have 12k IP, so I could get runes.
