i remember playing a champ that had a 2+ second stun which was instant and had huge range , like it doesnt have travel time or channel time it just fucking damages you and stuns you , i think it was moon queen but not sure.

It's not actually instant it's just that during fights you probably won't notice her spear and end up getting stunned by it.
But theres no cap limit so
well i guess my pvp curse is back.
