Galio's a decent tank really, I win 3/4 of my normal games with him, only issue is in a game with this many champions there will obviously be better tanks so in ranked those get played instead. Same goes for a bunch of mages, they do fine but they won't get played simply because there's better.

I plan to buy them 9 at a time but that's still 7380 IP.
My low ELO friend has full crit rune page.
He basically plays every AD champion crit (Crit Jarvan. I'm not joking).
His most played champions are Trynda, Kat, Ryze, Eve and Twitch.
He uses heal and instantlocks in ranked. Oh yeah, and he flames and sometimes goes afk.

Also, maybe the issue with Galio is they tried to make him more of a pure tank, but pure tanks don't get used in high elo. How many Rammus, Shen, Malphite, Galios have we seen at Dreamhack? Most of the time the tanking was done by Jarvan, Warwick, Nunu or just 2 tanky dps with tons of cc.

I won 7 rannked games in a row with Tryn last night and was real chill about it and no one ever objected to him and I think he is fairly fun even though I know he is not that great of a character and even worse after the nerfs. Was pretty cool.
And every game had at least three AD characters on the other team so teamfights would happen and damage would go *poof*.

Trundle reduces 20 AD. I know, it's 4 second longer but it's a single target spell
I had this shaco in my game, and he was like "Guy's I'ma screw up their jungle". Our Alistar wasn't there so the bot lane got a little fucked up and I was thinking we lost. Then I see their amumu try to go to wraiths, and shaco get FB. He plonked like 10 jack in the boxes at the bush and destroyed amumu. If only more people were like this, makes the game more interesting.
