4 hours is more then enough time to roll out a patch. It's not like they need to download it on all their servers. Anyone smart would already have the files locally so they just have to be applied, then reboot that shit and make sure nothing decides to shit the bucket....which normally does and that's why it takes longer in most cases.
See WoW you can download there patches 4-5 hours before servers come back up unless something gets fucked.

I am determined to make Fiddlesticks my new main. He just brings so much to the team:
-3 second hard CC (lol like a targeted Ashe arrow)
-MASSIVE AoE damage (Highest in the game actually (theorycrafted))
-AoE silence (better version of Ryze's spell flux)
-Great ganks
-AoE MR reduction
-AP jungler (unique as hell of a role and my favorite two roles combined!!!)
And he's a pretty cool guy that people under-rate and still think is bad.
