Prolly cause his fear means he always wins in 1v1's, gank's,ect and leaves less challenge.
I wish they would buff Kennen. I mean, when you compare his Electrical Surge to Annie's W, it's kinda sad.

Double the AP scaling, 100 more base damage, and both of them will hit approximately the same amount of people.

Because his job is to avoid people stronger than him, gank, be an asshole that stays out of teamfight and comes in just to do the cleaning up.
Nocturne is properly described as asshole actually.
He is selfish (farms very well with AoE and jungle capability).
He is weak without team's support.
He is able to easily engage people that are weaker than him (lower hp & far away or just underfarmed and during farm).
He is annoying.
He doesn't enjoy presence of his team unless facing multiple oponents that combined are stronger than him.
That's why I find him to be a great example of gameplay&lore going hand in hand.
He is captured "no-dea-what" being, just like Brand, who has deep spite and hatred towards other beings. It's in his nature to feed on the weak minded and those of great fears, because he is the nightmare/fear itself.
He probably doesn't enjoy being put into a plane where anyone can see and hurt him, so based on that he is likely not to engage enemies unless sure that they will not be reached by reinforcements before their demise.
Other champions presence = other Summoners presence = other "fuckers who damned me to this role" presence
This also goes well with the gameplay (i.e. great farmer and jungler, quick one too may I add), he doesn't need teammates to execute well 1vs1 (skip the counters), but they add in to the factor of "quick demise" of his target.
When I play Noc it goes something like that :
-Jungle
-Gank
*Teammate leaves lane after gank = I farm
*Teammate stays in lane after gank = Destroy Tower / Leave
-Jungle
-Gank
(repeat until midgame)
Mid/Late:
-Farm/Jungle
*Notice enemy out of place/luck/team
- Kill
- Run
*See a teamfight :
- Farm/Jungle nearby
- Join if towards the end if we are winning
- Defend/Push a lane if teamfight was lost
*Also :
If you try and fight your fears (real life here), like arachnofobia or claustrophobia, you will overcome them at some point. If we think logically, they are pointless, as they exastrubate the "be careful" message of the brain to a point, where it's actually damaging.
Now, if we reverse this, fears don't like to be fought with. If you actually fight Nocturne on your own terms (you cure fears by taking limited doses over prolonged time. You don't get 20 pet spiders if you have arachnophobia to cure it) you are likely to win. He scales well with damage, so defensive items (while still good in amount of 2- 3 at most) are not really his thing, which means that unless (on full health) he kills you faster than you do him, you will win.
If you're team is fighting a teamfight 4v5 against a team that is similarly fed/farmed, who do you think will win?
Not even Nocturne can clean up 2-3 low hp champions if they're decent.
Fuck bitches who play carries and don't know how.

It seams pretty good to me since he can sustain himself, nuke, chase, tank a little and is still useful though his ulti and just hitting people with auto attack in a teamfight just one thing though i can't figure out an item order help pls if you approve.
Also about 500ap, 200ad and 100mres and armour

It's called Magewick, nothing new, but requires shittonloads of farm, and since we all know ww's epic AoE farming spells, it's quite impossible to get all of those items in the 1st place.
if you're planning on laning as warwick, i would go something like
chalice, merc treads, spirit visage, frozen heart
things like that

Wits End is good on any charcter that uses proc damage very well, I for one play twisted fate as a proc damage champ since he has 2 procs already i.e pick a card and stacked deck you can also count wild cards as a proc since its easy to hit when you yellow card or just to harrass and pop banshees with it.
Imo wit's end > brazor, since it always has about 30+ dmg, which is more effecttive on squishies.
Get em both and add Malady, oh boy instagib-ult.

True that but wits end does more damage against champs with about 1700 hp than madreds.
